Sana Akhand is a Spiritual Mentor, Writer & Speaker and the host of “Thriving in Love” podcast.
Sana’s life transformed when she hit all the success boxes but felt incredibly empty. She quit her fancy NYC executive role to travel the world, came back to build Friendship Club - a community for New Yorkers to have FUN without the professional networking, and then she chose to break traditional marriage rules and Live Apart Together with her husband. Sana & Adnan lived in their own apartments in New York City for 8 months, and their story went viral, published on Business Insider, Tamron Hall Show, The New York Times, Good Morning America, and many more publications all around the world. This experiment helped the couple transcend their deepest wounds into their full potential and become the Power Couple they are today.
Sana welcomes any chance to break free from societal & cultural norms so she can create a truly aligned & authentic life. Growing up in a strict South Asian family, she has always puts everyone else’s needs before her own, until she asked herself one question, “Who am I?”. This question led her on a path of self discovery and self love, with full support from her loving husband, Adnan.
